USA Shipping

We offer USPS Ground Advantage service (Standard) or USPS Priority Mail service (Express).

  • Enjoy free domestic shipping for orders over $50.
  • Please allow 1-3 processing days.
  • We estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days after departure for standard shipping and 2-3 business days after departure for express shipping.
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

International Shipping

We have partnered with Wolf & Badger to provide our international customers a seamless way to purchase Third Tone jewelry. If you purchased our products from Wolf & Badger, enjoy free worldwide returns. Customers also do not need to worry about tax & duties as it's all included during checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped. Please allow 24-48hours for USPS to update their system. If you did not receive your tracking number, please email info@shopthirdtone.com

Third Tone does not do product exchanges.

Third Tone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items.
