USA SHIPPING
We offer USPS Ground Advantage service (Standard) or USPS Priority Mail service (Express).
- Enjoy free standard domestic shipping for orders over $50.
- Please allow 1-3 processing days.
- We estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days after departure for standard shipping and 2-3 business days after departure for express shipping.
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Third Tone currently ships to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, HongKong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia
We offer UPS® or USPS services and we estimate you will receive your order within 4-10 business days after departure (depending on country).
- We offer a flat rate of $20 for all International Shipping
- Please allow 1-3 processing days.
- Please note that we do not ship on weekend.
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped. Please allow 24-48hours for USPS or UPS to update their system. If you did not receive your tracking number, please email info@shopthirdtone.com
Third Tone does not do product exchanges.
Third Tone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items.
