Refund policy

We really hope that you love your purchase from Third Tone. If that is not the case, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return & drop off your package. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at info@shopthirdtone.com to start the refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are also responsible to pay for their own return shipping label (USD $6). 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that all international orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order, we're here to help!

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Third Tone piece. If it's not quite right, we're happy to offer a free exchange within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging.

How Exchanges Work

  • We offer one free exchange per order.
  • The value of your returned item will be issued as store credit, which can be used immediately toward another item on our website.
  • If the new item costs more, you'll simply pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will stay as store credit for a future purchase.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items 
  • Items returned in a worn, damaged, or altered condition

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at info@shopthirdtone.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll provide return instructions and help you find your new piece.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange and notify you by email.
